Following the huge success of last year's Killer Women festival, the Killer Weekend is coming to London, in October 2017.
In its first ever London show, OFF Book is seeing in Hallowe'en with a night of grisly horrors, all of which take place in the seemingly most unlikely of places. Featuring Jason Arnopp's hit chiller, The Last Days of Jack Sparks and Sarah Lotz's ultra-high-concept blockbuster, The Three.
OFF book is the club night where new writing leaps off the page and onto the stage. In its first ever live show, OFF Book is beaming into the present with three speculative versions of the present day.
For the second year in a row, I'm appearing at the fabulous Margate Bookie festival. More details to follow
For the second year in a row, I'll be appearing at the NineWorlds festival of all things geek. Click here for details on panels and a book signing.
Join the Ghost Train on a whistle-stop tour of some of the finest book blogs on the internet. Along the way, you'll learn all about Lucky Ghost, my conspiracy thriller for an age that prefers conspiracies to facts.
Lucky Ghost is out in hardback, ebook and audiobook on 27 July 2017.
Waterstones Piccadilly and the Post-Apocalyptic Book Club invites you to an evening full of plagues and near future dystopian nightmares with two very exciting authors as our guide.
Join me, Katharine & Liz Corr, and Laure Eve, for readings, questions and chat. As ever, everyone is welcome, so come along and get relaxed about fantasy books in Hachette UK's head office.
In August I'll be rolling up my trouser legs, donning my Kiss me quick! hat and heading down to Margate for this fantastic event. I'm taking part in a Literary Lounge panel at 5.30 on Sunday 22nd
I'm genuinely thrilled to be a guest at this year’s NineWorlds Geekfest in Hammersmith. I’m a guest on the Living Words track and will be at the con on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 August.
I am stupidly excited about this one. Here’s my chance to pit myself against three fellow writers in a no-holds-barred bare-knuckle grapple against the clock where only the strongest* can survive.

I'll be appearing at CrimeFest 2016 in Bristol. This promises to be an exciting event for me because it coincides with the publication date of Sockpuppet.
I'll be speaking on two panels, on the Friday and Saturday.
I'll be reading from Sockpuppet at this super-relaxed monthly soirée hosted by Richard Skinner, director of the fiction programme at Faber Academy. There are some wonderful writers on the bill - do come along.
At 11.00am on Saturday October 25 I'll be speaking on the panel Is It Legit? Crime in Fantasy, Horror and SF. If you're at the con, and not too hung over at this time on a Saturday morning, do come along.
The same day, at 11.00pm I'll be reading for the first time from my debut novel, Sockpuppet. It's really exciting - and terrifying - to be putting my head above the parapet at last!
Sadly I can't be at the convention this year but an exclusive sampler of my debut novel, Sockpuppet, will be available there!
